A security guard who opts for recruitment in SARIMAD must be literate, alert ad medically fit by fulfilling following measures
I: Age: 22 to 48 years.
II: Height: 5 ft_8” inch minimum.
III: Education: Middle
Iv: Medical: physically and mentally fit, eye sight-6/6
Training
Our Security Personnel are vetted to gauge suitability prior to employment and are subject to extensive training in respect of their general responsibilities and “ON THE JOB TRAINING” in respect of the customer’s particular requirement. Regular training need analysis is carried out and quarterly refresher courses for the guards, Supervisors and Checking/ Deployment Staff are arranged. We provide following types of training

Unarmed Security Guards
Unarmed security guards are mostly deployed at search points to check vehicles, visitors and employees, but they are covered and backed by an Armed Guard. Our management team will work with you to determine which type of guarding service best suits your organizational security need
Communication
SARIMAD is equipped with the latest P 110 Motorola Portable Radios designed for supreme transmission and ultra fine sonar capability. Our Guards are in intimate contact with each other to receive and remove any distress caused to our client at the touch of the button. If required we provide Walky Talkies to armed guards for mutual communication, so in case of emergency they help each other. Every Mobile Vehicle, checking and deployment officers are also in contact through Base Station and Mobile Phones.
Weapon
Our inventories consist of properly maintained Rifles, Shot Guns, and Pistols. All the weapons are in excellent working condition with Valid Licenses. Weapons are practice fired frequently and checked regularly by our checkers. We keep enough weapons in our store to meet any deficiency. A weapon expert ensures necessary repairs/maintenance as needed

Recruitment is carried out from retired army personnel. However, retired personnel from PAF, NAVY, FC, Rangers, and ASF may also be enrolled. Recruitment of experienced civilians as Security Guards is also undertaken.
